This Sleep Meditation is a soothing whimsical journey into a full body relaxation and then into an exploration of a lovely healing place: “The Enchanted Castle” and “The Secret Garden”. The beautifully detailed description of these two places is adapted from two classic children’s works by Edith Nesbit and Frances Hodgson Burnett. (Public Domain Works).
My intention for this meditation is to guide you into a relaxed state where your body and mind are lulled to sleep by the magic of imagery and the bedtime story.

The soothing music called “New Day” by James Everett further reinforces the spirit of this meditation and continues 24 minutes after the narration so you can fully deepen into your healing rest.
