The "Third Act" of Life is described by some to be the "second half" of life---roughly after age 50.
What is important to me is that it comes after a life altering experience when we know we need to re-create ourselves in a new way. As we enter the "Third Act" of our lives, we are connecting with a more integrated vision of our lives, our legacy, and our calling.
Affirmations can be used as inspiration when you are driving and exercising. They can be used to inspire your conscious mind.

When you need some reminders for your conscious mind that you are not alone and that you do have great wisdom and support always available to you, try these affirmations out.

Then, try writing out your own affirmations. You can think first about the 3-5 most negative things you are currently saying to yourself. Then take those statements and transform them into present positive suggestions.

Affirmations are one of the ingredients in the customized audios I create.
