“Maybe you are searching among the branches, for what only appears in the roots. Remember, the entrance door to the sanctuary is inside you.” ~ Rumi

This meditation invites a connection between your inner child and your inner healer.

It can help you when you are experiencing the disappointment of not feeling heard or seen or vindicated. You will be guided into a soulful connection between your inner child and your inner adult self. Here in this safe space, you can review your memories and emotions in order to fully express them without judgment.

I will share specific language for dialoguing with your inner child in this process. Then you will have an opportunity to experience divine healing light and love surrounding you and your inner child as you deepen together into a space of awareness and peace.

This is an important transformative aspect of healing core wounds. Our inner child has much to teach us and when we give compassionate presence to this voice, we experience the power of truly seeing ourselves so that the healing process can unfold..

Important: If you are dealing with trauma, it is important to first process the trauma with a trained professional.
